No. ParentOne coordinates care and helps families access appropriate healthcare professionals and verified service partners. Medical diagnosis, prescriptions and clinical treatment are provided only by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.
Is ParentOne an old-age home?
No. Your parents stay in their own home, living life on their terms. ParentOne is the trusted local team around them — coordinating visits, healthcare, errands and emergencies.
Who actually provides medical services?
Clinical services (nursing, physiotherapy, diagnostics, ambulance) are fulfilled by appropriately qualified and verified third-party providers. ParentOne coordinates and manages quality — we do not diagnose or treat.
